I found the rooftop bar area fine. the staff seemed cute and ready to assist in every way. the hotel also had taxis available right at the door, which proved very convenient. I certainly appreciated that.
the room service was somewhat disappointing. i asked for teacups, but i was told my room did not have any cups.

the hotel is positioned well for accessing major attractions. taxis are readily available right outside. tram 28 stops near the hotel, and the metro station is just around the corner.

This was my best hotel experience ever. The staff was friendly and helpful . I received a thank you note, with a bottle of port, and some delicious pastel de natas in my room. Breakfast is served on the 8th floor. It had a lovely view of the entire city. The hotel is super central, so it was easy to walk around. close to the metro.
The rooftop bar had music playing until late. The bass was a bit loud. It made it a little hard to fall asleep right away, but it wasn't too bad.

The reception staff provided quick check-in service. They also offered helpful tips for exploring local attractions. The concierge efficiently arranged transportation and provided detailed directions to nearby landmarks. Housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness throughout the stay. They delivered prompt and courteous service.
